     Law firm JurEnergoConsulting, LLC provides legal services in energy sector  since 1999. Our main task is providing legal and consulting services of the highest level to state authorities, enterprises of fuel and energy sector, as well as housing and communal economy of Ukraine. For 10 years of its activity our firm has participated in a number of projects of international assistance in energy sector of Ukraine.


     Law firm JurEnergoConsulting has been registered as an expert in legal issues at the Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (since 2006) and Ministry for Housing and Communal Economy of Ukraine (since 2009).

Memorandum of Intent Regarding PPP

On 9 August 2010 JurEnergoConsulting, LLC signed a Memorandum of Intent on cooperation in the field of public-private partnership with the Ukrainian Center for Promotion of Public-Private Partnership.

Adoption of Law of Ukraine "On the National Commission of Communal Services Market Regulation of Ukraine"

On 9 July 2010 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine "On the National Commission of Communal Services Market Regulation of Ukraine" developed by JurEnergoConsulting LLC within USAID’s Municipal Heating Reform Project.

International Round Table "Public-Private Partnership in Ukraine: Opportunities and Challenges"

On 27 May 2010 the representatives of Law firm JurEnergoConsulting took part in the International round table "Public-Private Partnership in Ukraine: Opportunities and Challenges" arranged by the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Institute of Economics and Forecasting of NAS of Ukraine, V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of NAS of Ukraine, as well as the Ukrainian Center for Promotion of Public-Private Partnership.

Meeting of the Expert Group on the Preparation of Regional and State Programs of Technical Modernization of Heating Sector

On 29 April 2010 JurEnergoConsulting representatives took part in the work of the expert group on the preparation of regional and state programs of technical modernization of heating sector at the Ministry for Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine.
